Carryout inward material inspection of Raw Materials & Consumables
Erection as per the Drawing.
Dimensional Inspection of various Structural components as per the given drawing and IS Standards
Carry out Welding Inspection as per AWS D1.1M standards
Follow the Guidelines of Project In charge to Supervise fabricators & welders
Dimensional Inspection of all detailing components
Carryout the surface preparation and painting inspection
WORK DETAILS
6X40MW Hydraulic Power Plant – Mahabubnagr, Telangana.
Erection of Draft Tube like RH, SH..etc
Erection of P91, P92, P12, T91, T12, SS tube.
Erection alignment of Piping and its support.
Making welding progress reports and maintaining welder performance record
Preparing Measurement sheet & Billing.
Visually inspecting the fit ups and welded joints and decide the quality.
Inspecting and decide the quality of weld joints by interpreting the NDT results.
Analyzing the performance of all welders and maintaining the record.
