The project involves providing remote technical support to Aadhaar Enrolment Client issues faced by UIDAI customers. The service offerings include troubleshooting Aadhaar application (ECA, ECMP) related issues, Network, desktop and printer related issues, concerning UIDAI customers. The Client application is based on Java Platform.
Job profile:
Handle Aadhaar Enrolment client (Java Platform) related issues remotely.
Take daily weekly and monthly backup of client packets with the help of backup utility in CMD Prompt.
Provide technical support to UIDAI client related issues concerning Aadhaar applications such as ECA and ECMP and ECMP Lite.
Fetch data from MYSQL5.0 DB using SQL queries for customer requirements.
Good knowledge of Sql.
Prompt updating of ticket status in V-Tiger CRM tool.
Provides customer enhancements such as Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports.
Perform upload of resident enrolment packets with the help of SFTP client for Aadhaar generation
